1948 Formed "Running Mudsha" with Osamu Suzuki, Hikaru Yamada, Misuke Matsui, and Tetsuo Kano.
In 1957, he became a part-time lecturer at the Department of Sculpture at Kyoto City University of Arts (currently Kyoto City University of Arts), and began producing black ceramic works for the first time this year.
1969 "Kazuo Yagi Works" (Kyuryudo) is published
1972 "Kazuo Yagi Solo Exhibition" was held in Isetan, Tokyo, and a series of books was announced.
His work "Haiku I-XI" was exhibited at "FICA78" held at the Grand Palais in Paris in 1978 under the title of "Kazuo Yagi Ceramic Sculpture Exhibition" and gained high praise.
